Crain’s NY Business Announces the 5 Coolest Offices
AFD’s Client makes the Cut!
Crain’s New York is highlighting five of the coolest offices in New York City. Their Editors combed through dozens of submissions. Aesthetics, of course, played an essential role in the open-ended competition, but so did factors such as innovation and functionality.
AFD Contract Furniture’s client, Itochu International Inc. – was named “One of the Five Coolest Offices in New York,” according to Crain’s New York Business.
Michael Messinger, Vice President of Sales for AFD said, “ This Itochu International office design project was a collaboration between the AFD Contract Furniture team, Marner Architects, and VVA, LLC, project management. The team we assembled had great chemistry, and we think the results speak for itself. When everyone is working together, the project benefits from the combined expertise of everyone involved making the result greater than the sum of the parts.”
“The project took about six months to complete from concept to completion,” states Senior Project Manager at AFD Contract Furniture, Nicole Seyffer. “The recognition form Crain’s NY Business was a wonderful affirmation of the work,” Seyffer added.
The project involved several top lines in office furniture including Steelcase FrameOne benching, Gunlocke multimedia tables, Datesweiser boardroom and conference tables, and Bernhardt lounge seating.
All of these beautiful lines of office furniture, plus many more, are all available at AFD Contract Furniture. Contact one of our design specialists and let us help your company create one of the next “Coolest Offices in the New York.”
